MVP Demo Notice

This is a template terms of use document for the MVP demo. A comprehensive legal document will be required before production deployment.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MoveOnce, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Description of Service

MoveOnce provides an address update propagation service that allows users to notify multiple organizations of their address change through a single submission. This MVP version operates in demo mode with simulated partner integrations.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. MVP Demo Limitations

This MVP version is for demonstration and testing purposes only. Users acknowledge that:

  • Partner integrations are simulated and do not actually update records with real organizations
  • Identity verification is mocked and does not represent a real IDV process
  • The service is not suitable for production use
  • Data may be reset or deleted during the demo period

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Not use the service to harm others

6. Intellectual Property

The MoveOnce platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MoveOnce and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

MoveOnce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, particularly given the demo nature of this MVP.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
